How did Crimson Cross get started?
Crimson Cross was born out of a love for fast cars and the fast life. It started with us collecting exotic and classic cars, and then wanting to design driving apparel to wear complimenting the cars.

How did you think of the name Crimson Cross?
Crimson Cross was a band of rebel Race car drivers that they didn't let race  in the Indianapolis 500 because of their skin color, so they built their own racing circuit and raced on the most dangerous tracks with some of the fastest cars.

What does fashion mean to you?
Fashion is an individuals sense of style,  and not being afraid to represent it.

How would you define your city's fashion?
NYC having 4 seasons and all ethnicities, its one of the best cities to reinvent yourself 4 times a year.

Whose your most influential fashion designer?
As a kid most of us looked up to Ralph Lauren, and his car collection is one of the best so I'd have to say Ralph Lauren, although Tommy Hilfiger is a close friend and gave a lot of direction and advice.

What one piece of advice would you give to someone wanting to start a career in fashion?
Be patient.

What trends do you see being big for 2013?
Different Camouflage and animal prints.

What is your ultimate vision for Crimson Cross?
We want to design Ferrari interiors and the luggage to match.

What do you enjoy most about designing clothes? Whats the most challenging part? Does your work reflect your personal fashion taste?
Our design team is a family, so we all like seeing several ideas becoming one reality. The challenging part is taking the dynamic of a car and turning it into a characteristic in the clothing.
