The GLA Mercedes-Benz measures 172.4 inches (4.38 meters) in length, 77.6 inches (1.97 meters) in width and 61.8 inches (1.57 meters) in height. The wheelbase is also quite considerable, measuring 106.3 inches (2.69 meters). The kit powering this gorgeous contraption is a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline engine just like on the A250, delivering 211 HP (155 kW). It is mated to a 7G-DCT dual-clutch transmission and 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system.
As for the production version, it will boast the same 2.0-liter engines found on the A-Class hatchback, offered in either diesel or gasoline configurations and delivering 211 HP (155 kW). There’s also an AMG-tuned variant rumored, a 4-cylinder 2.0-liter turbocharged motor delivering 354 HP (260 kW). The production car will reportedly be unveiled in September, on the occasion of the Frankfurt Motor Show.
