New Rubens painting discovered in Russia

"Mary Magdalene in mourning with her sister Martha"

Russian arts experts believe they have found an original Rubens painting in a small museum in the Urals.

It was assumed that the painting called "Mary Magdalene in mourning with her sister Martha" was a copy, but reassurance revealed it to be "undoubtedly" an original by the 17th century Flemish painter said museum director Valery Karpov.
